We’ve rent a car at Dublin Airport from the 1st of september till the 8th.
Because of personal circumstances we would like to add an additional driver, she is 23 years old and has her driver’s license for 2 years. Is this a possibility? And what would be the additional cost?

The minimum age to rent in Ireland with any company is 25 yrs old:
In the case of our partner SIXT/FLIZZR, there is a young drivers fee for driver's aged 21 - 24 years.
An additional charge of 35 EUR per day. Includes 13.5% tax. Please note Young Drivers MUST have held a FULL license for a minimum of 4 (four) years. You cannot rent if you are aged under 21 yrs old.
